As ACEMaven Legal continues to grow, we are excited to share a few updates happening behind the scenes that will help us better serve our clients, improve communication, and continue building the client experience we strive for every day.

Growth is an exciting thing for any business, but especially for a law firm built on relationships, communication, and accessibility. Over time, as our team has expanded and our client base has continued to grow, we recognized the importance of restructuring certain aspects of our internal communication systems to create a smoother and more efficient experience for everyone who contacts our office.

One of those changes involves our primary client point-of-contact email.

Moving forward, our main communication email will transition from reception@acemavenlegal.com to hello@acemavenlegal.com.

While this may seem like a small adjustment, it reflects a much larger shift happening within our firm. As we continue developing and restructuring our team, we want our communication systems to better represent who we are as a company and the welcoming, client-focused environment we aim to provide.

The new email address, hello@acemavenlegal.com, was chosen intentionally. We wanted something that feels approachable, modern, and reflective of the way we interact with our clients—from the very first conversation to the completion of their planning journey.

What does this mean for current and future clients?

Not much will change on your end other than where you direct general communications. Our team will continue assisting clients with the same care, responsiveness, and attention that you have come to expect from ACEMaven Legal. Emails sent to our previous address may still be monitored during the transition period, but we encourage everyone to begin using hello@acemavenlegal.com moving forward.

As our firm evolves, we remain committed to improving not only our services, but also the experience surrounding them. Growth often requires adaptation, and we are excited about the direction ACEMaven Legal is heading as we continue expanding our team and refining our processes.
